UPDATED WORSHIP INFORMATION JUNE 2021

Weekly Sunday worship is at 10:30 AM

At the Session meeting held on Tuesday, June 15th, the following items were decided:

We will begin to lift the restrictions and guidelines that have been followed for worship and mask wearing will be at the discretion of each individual. If you have received a complete vaccination it is no longer necessary to wear a mask, if not vaccinated you should still continue wearing a mask each week.

The tape has been removed from the pews and the plexiglas barrier in front of the pulpit has been taken down. We will again begin use of hymnals in the upcoming weeks.

During the summer months the air conditioning will be set at 69 degrees and it is suggested to bring a sweater.

Offering plates will remain at each entrance to the sanctuary.

Our next communion service will be Sunday, July 4th and the Board of Deacons will provide a new way of sharing the cup and bread. Pictured are the cups that will be provided and they will be available where you pick up the bulletin. A piece of bread is sealed on one end and juice on other. All are invited to try these or you may continue to bring your own elements. Communion is a sacred and honored tradition. We want to provide a sanitary, safe, and traditional communion experience.

We ask that everyone continue to use the hand sanitizer which will remain throughout the church. We have been fortunate to be able to continue worship and stay in contact either by ZOOM and back in person last July.

If there are any questions or concerns, please talk to a Session member or contact the church office – 570-343-6807.
