GENERAL INFORMATION SHOW HOURS: Advertised show hours will be from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Please have displays ready by 9:15 AM. SET-UP: The church will be open at 8 AM. Set-up time on Friday evening is available from 6:00 PM-8:00 PM. A tablecloth or other covering is REQUIRED in order to make displays as attractive as possible.
EXHIBITOR PARKING: Crafters may unload at the side of the church. After unloading, please park away from entrance so your patrons don’t have as far to walk.
SPACE RENTAL: Spaces (Size 4’ x 8’) are available. Tables are provided if needed. In addition to the leased space, Dunmore PW Craft Fair will provide: planned advertising, promotion, and publicity covering the show, and listing of exhibitors.
ELECTRICITY: Limited spaces with electricity are available. You must provide your own extension cords. If for any reason the cord will cross an aisle, it must be taped to the floor using painter’s tape and covered completely.
RAFFLE: In the past, we have been blessed with generous donations from our crafters for the Fair Raffle. We are again asking each crafter for a donation of one of their wares. Please indicate this on the attached registration form. On fair day, one of our committee members will be around to collect your donation. Please attach a business card or other identification to your donation.
FOOD: Refreshments will be on sale throughout the day in the church café. Coffee and tea for donation. BUILDING REGULATIONS: NO smoking or alcoholic beverages will be permitted.
CANCELLATIONS: Crafters may receive a refund before September 1, 2019. There is a $15.00 fee for returned checks.
DIRECTIONS to Dunmore Presbyterian Church, 137 Chestnut St., Dunmore PA 18512:
FROM RT 81 South: Take the exit Dunmore/Throop. At the end of the ramp, bear left onto Blakley Street. At the corner of Blakley and Drinker Street, (just past the Post office) turn left and then a quick right onto Chestnut Street. The church is in the next block on the left.
FROM RT 81 North: At the RT 81, RT 6 and RT 84 split, Exit 186 stay to the right, and take Exit 186 for the Drinker Street. Turn left across the bridge and through the light on Drinker Street. Continue into town and Chestnut Street is the left right before the light on the corner in town. The church is in the next block on the left.
